Capital Of Kings - World Heritage Site- UNESCO

The best way to know this marvellous city. Lima is a tradicional city of King, founded in1535 by the conquistador Francisco Pizarro. Today is the capital of the country and the gateway to the rest of Peru. Travelers can visit everything from the pre Hispanic temples (Pachacamac), old colonial mansions and churches rich in history (San Francisco convent, the Cathedral, etc). This excursion provides a perfect combination (pre-Hispanic era, colonial period and Modern Lima), that enables the visitor to get acquainted with Lima's complete history.

We will visit the Paseo de la República, San Martín Square, Main Square, Government Palace, Basilica Cathedral, the Archbishop's Palace, City Hall Palace, the old streets with colonial mansions and Moorish-style balconies, the Convent and Church of San Francisco and The Catacombs, underground crypts from the colonial times.
